I'm currently working on a roguelike - a roleplaying game in the same vein as the classic Rogue.
Aside from having the traditional permadeath and procedurally generated "levels," my version will (hopefully) feature practically endlessly generated areas of varying environments, as well as a procedurally generated questing system. (I pray quests will work out the way I'm thinking of them.)
Initially I'm planning this for computer only, with a release on the three major platforms: Windows, MacOS, and Linux. In the future there may be more, but currently the controls rely heavily on the keyboard, so I don't see this being expanded much further.
Keep an eye open for updates as this is my first major game project and I'm hoping to post a lot about the journey.
